The Aviation Smart Hangar App Development project was a technical design sprint aimed at modernizing and enhancing the hardware and software for smart private plane hangars. This comprehensive initiative involved research, workshops, design system development, and UI design to meet the evolving needs of our client.
The project began with technical research, which informed the design process and facilitated the development of personas, mood boards, and user flows. As the team worked on addressing technical constraints, I focused on creating the UI, incorporating all client requirements and specifications.
Originally envisioned as a dark-themed app to evoke an aviation look and feel, the project underwent a shift to a light-themed app. This transition necessitated significant design system work, including variables for both themes, enabling a seamless transition and update process.
Throughout the project, collaboration with stakeholders ensured alignment with the client's vision and objectives, resulting in a modern and user-friendly Aviation Smart Hangar App.
