Project Description
Over the past two years, I participated in this project both as an individual contributor and as a manager. Collaboration with other team members was integral to our aim of improving our design processes by developing tailored tools and standards. It involved identifying collaboration issues, refining research workshops, and establishing team standards.
The workflow began with problem identification through interviews and observations. Next, tools were developed and presented to the team with comprehensive training.
Implemented tools were tested, refined based on feedback, and iterated for continuous improvement.
Overall, this project empowered our team with efficient processes and standards to enhance collaboration and innovation in our designs.

Our data visualization workshop focused on empowering our team with the skills and tools to create impactful data visualizations. Central to this workshop was the development of a template designed to enhance our research and project definition processes. This template, tailored for the design of data viz dashboards, prioritized user needs and interactions.
By defining these requirements, we seamlessly collaborated with the data science team to determine the most effective graphs and metrics for our projects. This workshop was a collaborative effort, led by myself and Cory, another designer within the data viz cohort.
