Project Description
Continuing the work of a highly talented designer, I took on the responsibility of working and growing an existing design file. This involved learning from the existing research and UI to implement improvements and introduce new features to further enhance the project.
Collaboration with the existing development team was crucial throughout the process, ensuring seamless integration of design changes and maintaining alignment with project objectives.
In addition to continuing the existing project, a separate Statement of Work (SOW) tasked us with designing and developing a community data visualization (data viz) dashboard to showcase air quality in different locations and scenarios.
The research process for the community dashboard involved determining content and visualization methods, which inspired the creation of a data visualization dashboard template. By identifying end personas, actions, goals, context, and data, we crafted a dashboard that effectively communicated user needs.
Through this project, I not only contributed to the growth of an existing project but also spearheaded the creation of a new data visualization dashboard template that can be utilized for future projects with similar requirements.
