The UX, UI, and Design System project for the HR and Global Payment Web Platform was a large-scale effort that involved multiple designers and a substantial engineering team. With tight deadlines and a complex scope, this project demanded close collaboration and meticulous planning to achieve its objectives.
Our task was to design and develop a comprehensive HR and global payment platform that catered to the needs of our client's diverse user base. In addition to this, we collaborated with another design agency to ensure consistency across all branches.
Throughout the project, we constantly defined and adjusted requirements to align with evolving needs and priorities. This iterative process involved evaluating flows and existing designs, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal user experience and functionality.
A key aspect of our work was the creation and maintenance of a sustainable and scalable design system. This encompassed the development of design patterns, components, and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency in design implementation.
In addition to designing the UI to encompass all aspects of the design system, we worked closely with the engineering team to ensure seamless integration and implementation.
